2. THE BEST HOLIDAYS EVER

Hello Everyone!, I hope you are very well!

This is my second post and I come to tell you about the best trip I 've ever had.

Since I was a child, my best memories are with a soccer ball, I 've always been a follower of this sport and my life has been influenced by its values and customs. When I remember moments of happiness and fun, it appears in my consciousness on soccer Sundays, waking up at 8 AM to start the Sunday day with a game at my neighborhood club LOS PUMAS DE COLON. After seeing all the categories from U10 to the FIRST TEAM, I 'd go home for lunch and then go to the stadium to see the club of my whole life ... UNIVERSIDAD DE CHILE.

I 'm grateful for my life since I 've had the fortune to travel through different countries such as Cuba, the Dominican Republic, the USA, Colombia, Australia among others and of course I know a large part of the territory of my beloved country CHILE. But without a doubt, the trip that I 've enjoyed the most has been to BRAZIL, to see our national soccer team in their participation in the Copa America.

It was 2019 when the Copa America took place in BRAZIL, and together with my father and brother we decided to travel to see the national team in all the matches of the first phase. We faced JAPAN in the first group match at the MORUMBI stadium, SAO PAULO We traveled to Sao Paulo on an express trip just to watch the game, since we had gotten tickets. I remember being impressed with the number of Chilean fans that filled the streets around the stadium. It was a carnival! street fairs, people singing, all kinds of commerce. We entered the giant Morumbi and without a doubt seeing the team go out onto the field was a unique experience. Fortunately we won the match 4-0 and all the Chilean fans were happy filling the bars of the city celebrating the inaugural triumph.

After the festivities we had to make the trip to the second game in SALVADOR DE BAHIA. We arrived in this beautiful city where we stayed for 3 days that helped us to get to know the main attractions, beaches and enjoy the gastronomy. On the shores of the beaches, Fanfest was set up where they showed all the cup matches and it was possible to interact with people from all countries. The national team played for ARENA FONTE NOVA, a concrete giant that hosted our second game against Ecuador. The final result of the match? again a victory for our country by 2-1. The "MAREA ROJA (RED TIDE)" flooded the streets of Bahia with songs and celebrations.

The last match of the group stage was played in RIO DE JANEIRO, the city of samba. Our rival was the Uruguayan team, a very difficult opponent with whom we came from tough previous matches. Rio was a sea of fans, the beaches full of fans in jerseys of all colors. The day of the game arrived at the mythical soccer stadium, the MARACANA. I always wanted to know this stadium and it was SPECTACULAR! The stadium was an oven! There was a lot of rivalry in the game and the same thing happened in the gallery, many fights between Chilean and Charruas fans. Unfortunately we lost the game 1-0 but the emotions were not lacking.

After the game we spent 3 days enjoying the city of RIO, we visited places such as CRISTO REDENTOR, PAN DE AZUCAR, SAMBODROMO, of course the NITEROI CONTEMPORARY ART MUSEUM (NIEMEYER) and we enjoyed COPACABANA, where our hotel was. After 3 days in RIO, we travel to BUZIOS to relax in its beautiful landscapes and beaches to end our trip in the best way.

It was an unforgettable experience, two weeks in which we did many things that I could even continue talking about ... and others that cannot be said! HAHAHA!

I recommend everyone to know Brazil, without a doubt a country with many attractions, great beaches and very beautiful architecture.

GREETINGS TO ALL!
